SOUL PAINTING is about a spiritual approach to painting as opposed to any kind of technique or theory, so no experience is required.  The experience of releasing feelings in a constructive/creative outlet allows you to connect with yourself/God/Goddess on a deeper level.   The journey within is sometimes a frightening road but when done through soul painting, it can be very fun, insightful and healing.  Not only can it be used for healing but soul painting can be applied to manifest what one wants in life.  The process of painting focuses on the feeling (inner world) which is always behind the manifestation in the outer world. 

Being in the moment through creativity allows you to access your feelings, let go of energy blocks, change old beliefs that no longer work, promote self-growth and self-awareness.  In this sacred space that I provide for you, you'll learn how to use the creative process to develop and strengthen your intuition and trust in self.  Building upon self-trust develops one's self-esteem, self-confidence and primarily self-love.  One learns to get out of the head and into the heart chakra where one's spirit/inner child/feelings reside.  Unfortunately our true selves have been buried from childhood traumas, old ideas and belief systems that no longer serve who we are.  What better way to strip away the layers but through painting!  Picasso once stated that it took him a life time to learn to paint like a child again.  It's the same way with finding one's spirit,  old programs and layers of who we think we should be (ego) is needing to be faced.  The only way to heal the old aspects is to embrace the dark side of oneself, then heal it and release it. 

Are you aware of the language of the soul?  The soul speaks to us through images and symbols,  as words can be very limiting.  I assist you to read your soul paintings and interpret the messages and guidance.  It's a fun and adventurous way to come into one's higher self and life purpose!

My expertise in this area comes from my own personal experience of going through depression and physical ailments which I was able to heal through creativity and spirituality which by the way go hand in hand.   As Jesus once stated, before you can enter the kingdom/queendom of God/Goddess, you must become like little children.  Creativity connects one to the child within for we are all natural creators!  Jesus' teachings are really about finding one's divinity by looking within. If we are worshipping Jesus or anyone else for that matter, then we can't be looking within ourselves to find our own Kingdom/Queendom.  This is where our inner healer, inner guide and wisdom resides.  What better way to access one's divinity than through painting/creativity!  Jesus, a wonderful teacher that he is, stated, "He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he/she do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto the Father"  (John 14:12).  We all have the Christ seed and we all have the potential to be just as powerful or more than Jesus.  All one needs to do is own the goodness that is already within.

Creativity is an aspect of the Divine Feminine which on the physical plane is the right side of the brain.  The Divine Feminine or right side of the brain represents one's intuitive, creative, spiritual, receptive side.  When you paint or create, you are accessing that part of your brain that has been somewhat dormant due to a patriarchal system that doesn't so much honor or respect the feminine energy.  We all have male and female energies within us.  The male energy or left brain represents the analytical, logical side.  Do you find yourself following your logical side or being in the head all the time instead of  following your instincts or feelings?  Soul painting is a form of exercise to develop the instincts (female energy) and then take action (male energy) on the feeling.  This puts one in the flow of life where synchronicity and magic happens!   True happiness, peace and joy comes from this place.   In this place, one is vibrating at a higher level than ever before and with the law of attraction, watch out what you wish for!  It's a whole new energy and new feeling to embrace which does require some support.

I'd like to sum this up by stating that if anything, soul painting will bring you into self-knowledge and your true potential here on earth.  Making changes or going through transformations is never an easy task but with my expertise and wisdom as a facilitator, the journey can be fun and easy.  Remember, it's not about the destination but rather the journey.  The same goes for soul painting.  It's not about the final end result of the painting but rather the process of creating it.
